Parking lot and New Storage Facility 4/17/2010
Parking Lot and New Storage Facility Up - Date The New Storage Facility that is being built by Colonial Barns will commence construction not later than Monday 19 April 2010, but may start on Saturday 17 April 2010. Should be completed by 27 April 2010 Once the New Storage Facility is completed, the Connex Box will be picked up and removed. Due to the ever rising of items that may need to be accomplished required by the City of Virginia Beach, the Board of Directors voted to table any further action until it was found out just what was going to be needed to be done to update the Branch 99 parking lot. However, after much discussion at the General Assembly meeting on 14 April 2010, it was voted to proceed with the Engineering Survey which will tell us just what is going to be needed to provided the parking area as we are needing and to improve the overall condition of the parking area. The Board of Directors of the Corporation will provide new information to this Web Site concerning the Parking Lot as it occurs. Norman F. Gapter, Chairman
